Workshops :
Workshop registrations are NONREFUNDABLE. Please make sure you are able to attend the workshop on the given date and time before you complete your purchase. If incase you can't attend the workshop live, please refer to the recordings that will provided to you after the workshop.The recordings will be available for 10-14 days. Exact time period of availability of the recordings will be conveyed to you.

Shipping, Refund and Cancellation for the online store :
24KaratLetters is currently shipping all over India. International shipping will be activated shortly. At 24KaratLetters we understand how important it is to receive your purchased products in the best condition and on time but we shall take no responsibilities for damage caused in transit or delaying of delivery due to any condition beyond our control. For this, we work hard to ensure your products get to you at the earliest.
Shipping Duration :
All products are shipped out within 5-7 working days. Orders within Delhi and NCR will be delivered within 1-3 working days and all other orders will be delivered within
5-9 working days from the day of dispatch*
Please Note – All the products in your order will be shipped together in one shipment and working days do not include the weekend + public holidays.
Shipping Charges :
Free shipping within India for orders above Rs.1999. Shipping charge for orders below Rs.1999 is Rs 150 per order pan India.
Return, Exchange & Refund :
At, 24KaratLetters there is no policy of return, exchange or refund. Once the products have been ordered, they will not be eligible for a return, exchange or refund unless the product is damaged or has missing pieces.
To claim for missing pieces, please make a complete unboxing video of your order. The video should have everything from removing the address slip (where your name & address is clearly visible) to finally opening the products. The video should have no filters, no breaks, no cuts and no editing. The video should be emailed to 24karatletters@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. If exceeded the 24 hour time period, 24KaratLetters will under no circumstance process the refund.

Cancellation Policy :
An order is eligible for cancellation within 24 hours of it being placed, subject to it not being dispatched yet. The whole amount will be refunded within 5-7 business days.
Cash On Delivery :
24 Karat Letters does not offer Cash On Delivery.
